Where Proxyium wins

Clean, modern-looking interface — closer to a 2020s product than the older proxies.
States a concrete log-retention period (60 days) in its privacy policy, which many free proxies never do.
Homepage sends HSTS for a year plus X-Frame-Options, and sets no cookies on first load.

Where Proxyium falls short

Cloudflare-protected sites do not open through it: on 12 Oct 2026 all six test sites (4chan, Stack Overflow, nixos.wiki, Chatiw, Omegle Web and Glimmer Fics) stopped at "Performing security verification" and ended in "Unable to connect to the website".
Only three server locations, and the site itself labels the US and Singapore ones "Slow".
Logs are kept for 60 days for law-enforcement requests.
Ad-supported with no paid tier, so there is no way to pay to remove ads.

Who each is for

Pick the tool for the job

Pick Proxyium

Users near Europe who want a clean, free proxy and do not mind ads.

Pick AnyProxy

You are outside Europe and Proxyium's own picker labels its US and Singapore servers "Slow", or you want a paid way to remove ads.

Neither fits — try a VPN

Users in Asia or the Americas (the site labels those servers slow), or anyone who wants logs kept for less than 60 days. — that is a VPN's territory. See our proxy vs VPN piece for when the whole-device tool is the right call.

FAQ

Questions people ask about Proxyium

Which is better, AnyProxy or Proxyium?
Proxyium is the closest to AnyProxy in look and feel — a clean URL bar and a simple server picker. The differences are reach (three server locations versus our regions), a stated 60-day log retention, and no paid ad-free option.
Does Proxyium work with Cloudflare-protected sites?
Not in our test. On 12 October 2026 we opened six Cloudflare-protected sites through Proxyium — 4chan, Stack Overflow, nixos.wiki, Chatiw, Omegle Web and Glimmer Fics — and every one stopped at a "Performing security verification" page that ended in "Unable to connect to the website". The same six loaded through AnyProxy. The cause is structural: Cloudflare ties its check to the site's own address, and a web proxy shows the site under a different address, so the check cannot finish unless the proxy completes it on your behalf.
Is Proxyium free?
Yes. Proxyium is free and ad-supported; we found no paid plan on the site (checked October 2026).
Does Proxyium keep logs?
Its privacy policy says it logs only the information needed to comply with legitimate law-enforcement inquiries, for 60 days from the date of access, and that third-party advertisers on the site set their own cookies.
Which Proxyium server is fastest?
Proxyium's homepage offers three locations and labels them itself: Poland/France "Fast", United States "Slow", Singapore "Slow".

Try both. Keep the one that fits.
