AnyProxy is operated by AnyProxy Ltd. When we say "we", "us", or "AnyProxy" below, that is who we mean. When we say "you", we mean the person using anyproxy.site.
By opening a page through AnyProxy, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
You may use AnyProxy for personal browsing, research, learning, journalism, and any lawful purpose in your jurisdiction. What is lawful is on you to know — we cannot rule on every country.
No illegal content — child sexual abuse material, terrorism recruitment, credible incitement to violence. Zero tolerance, immediate cutoff, reported to authorities as legally required.
No spam, scraping at abusive volume, credential-stuffing, or attacks that use us as cover. Automated traffic goes to the Scraper API on a paid tier — not through the free proxy.
No commercial resale of the free tier. If you want to embed us in another product, contact [email protected].
We can rate-limit or block IPs, ASNs, or regions that consume shared capacity unfairly.
We can add, remove, or move regions with reasonable notice. Six today, may be more or fewer tomorrow.
We can update these terms. Material changes get an at-least-30-day notice on the homepage and by email to Pro subscribers.
Pro is billed monthly or annually via Stripe or Razorpay, whichever fits your region. Prices are shown in local currency at checkout.
You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period is not refunded prorata.
If a charge is disputed by your bank, your Pro access pauses until the dispute resolves.
Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and other DRM-protected services do not work through AnyProxy. This is not our choice — the DRM system refuses proxied streams. If you paid for Pro to unblock a DRM streaming service, contact us within 14 days and we refund in full.
AnyProxy is provided "as is." The internet has weather. Regions go down, upstream sites change, browsers update, ISPs interfere. We work fast on outages, but we do not promise a specific uptime on the free tier.
Pro carries a 99.9% monthly uptime target with a service credit if we miss it. Details in the Pro dashboard once it ships.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any use of AnyProxy is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing here limits liability we cannot legally limit (fraud, gross negligence, death, statutory rights).
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory local law applies. You retain any statutory consumer rights in your country.
