Verdict

TrickyBird is the most carefully documented of the newer proxies, and its homepage security headers are as good as ours. Where it falls down is reach: a 60-minute free session, a $9.99 Premium, no region choice, and — on our 12 October 2026 test — none of six Cloudflare-protected sites opened. AnyProxy opens those sites, lets you pick a region, and costs half as much when you do pay.

Who they are

A quick read on TrickyBird

TrickyBird is a web proxy launched in 2025 with a polished site in nine languages. Free sessions need no account and last 60 minutes; Premium ($9.99 a month, billed through Creem) extends a session to three hours at full speed and creates a password-less account from your payment email. Its security page describes a 48-hour access log of shortened IPs and hostnames, and its FAQ is upfront that WebRTC is not handled. Pages are served from numeric-IP hosts with no region picker.

Background: A newer web proxy — domain registered August 2025 — with a polished site in nine languages and a paid Premium tier. Online since 2025.

Where TrickyBird wins

Unusually clear documentation: a security-and-logging page spells out exactly which fields the access log holds and the 48-hour ceiling on keeping it.
Strong homepage headers measured 12 Oct 2026 — HSTS with preload, a Content-Security-Policy, X-Frame-Options DENY and no cookies set on first load.
No-password accounts and a 14-day full refund on the first Premium payment.

Where TrickyBird falls short

Cloudflare-protected sites do not open through it: on 12 Oct 2026 all six test sites (4chan, Stack Overflow, nixos.wiki, Chatiw, Omegle Web and Glimmer Fics) stopped at "Performing security verification" and ended in "Unable to connect to the website".
Free sessions end after 60 minutes, and Premium is $9.99 a month — about three times CroxyProxy Premium and twice AnyProxy Pro.
No region picker, and by its own description the proxied address "will not always look the same, since sometimes it is only numbers" — fine for privacy, awkward when you want a fast nearby server or a link you can share.
WebRTC is not handled (its FAQ), so a page that uses it can see your real IP address. AnyProxy has the same limit: in our 15 Oct 2026 test, browserleaks.com saw the test machine's own address through AnyProxy.

FAQ

Questions people ask about TrickyBird

Which is better, AnyProxy or TrickyBird?
TrickyBird is the most carefully documented of the newer proxies, and its homepage security headers are as good as ours. Where it falls down is reach: a 60-minute free session, a $9.99 Premium, no region choice, and — on our 12 October 2026 test — none of six Cloudflare-protected sites opened. AnyProxy opens those sites, lets you pick a region, and costs half as much when you do pay.
Does TrickyBird work with Cloudflare-protected sites?
Not in our test. On 12 October 2026 we opened six Cloudflare-protected sites through TrickyBird — 4chan, Stack Overflow, nixos.wiki, Chatiw, Omegle Web and Glimmer Fics — and every one stopped at a "Performing security verification" page that ended in "Unable to connect to the website". The same six loaded through AnyProxy, which completes that check on your behalf.
Is TrickyBird free?
Yes, with a clock. A free session needs no account and runs for 60 minutes; after that you start a new one. Premium, at $9.99 a month (or a yearly plan that saves 24%), extends sessions to three hours at full speed.
Does TrickyBird keep logs?
By its own security page it keeps an access log for at most 48 hours: a shortened IP address, the hostname of every request a page makes, status, bytes and timing. It says it does not record page paths, search terms, cookies or your full IP. Premium adds an account tied to the email you paid with.
TrickyBird or AnyProxy — which is cheaper?
AnyProxy. Both have a free tier; AnyProxy's has no 60-minute session limit. Paid, AnyProxy Pro is $4.99 a month against TrickyBird Premium at $9.99 (October 2026 prices).

Try both. Keep the one that fits.
