No. OONI measurements from Pakistani networks between 15 July and 15 October 2026 show 9,435 of 9,775 tests of www.bbc.com loading normally, with no confirmed blocks, and we found no report of the BBC website being blocked. Pakistan's restrictions on the BBC have hit its broadcast partners instead: 24 FM stations were told to stop relaying BBC Urdu bulletins in April 2010, and the BBC ended its Aaj TV bulletin in January 2021 after interference that began in October 2020.

Past BBC restrictions in Pakistan were applied to broadcasting: PEMRA and the information ministry withdrew permission for FM stations to relay BBC Urdu (2010), and a TV partner's bulletins were disrupted (2020–21). No source found shows the PTA blocking bbc.com or bbc.com/urdu, and OONI finds no confirmed block.
