Access Disney+ in Vietnam without a VPN. Free web proxy, no install, works on any device.
Verified · 2026-10-15
Disney+ has not launched in Vietnam; it is not blocked by Vietnam. Disney's own launch announcements list Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and other Asia-Pacific markets but not Vietnam, and in our 15 October 2026 test the Vietnamese storefront path disneyplus.com/vi-vn returned 'The page you were looking for cannot be found.' Through AnyProxy you can see the Singapore or German storefront, but streaming needs a paid account and DRM, which we did not test.

Measured inside Vietnam · OONI
No OONI measurements for disneyplus.com between 2026-07-15 and 2026-10-15. Reachability on local networks is unknown.
OONI has no measurements of disneyplus.com or www.disneyplus.com from Vietnam between 15 July and 15 October 2026, so there is no evidence of network blocking either way. The obstacle is that Disney does not sell the service in Vietnam.
Retrieved 2026-10-15. Volunteers run OONI Probe on their own networks; an anomaly is a signal, not proof. Open these measurements on OONI Explorer.
What we tested through AnyProxy
Tested from our proxy exits, not from a Vietnam ISP. Results can change when Disney+ changes.
How to unblock from Vietnam
A phone on mobile data, a college PC, a managed browser — anything that runs Chrome, Safari, or Firefox works from Vietnam.
Singapore is closest for most Vietnam networks. Switch if your ISP filters the first hop.
Disney+ is fetched from outside your network and opens in this tab. Some features may not work; see tests on this page.
Deep dive · Disney+ in Vietnam specifically
Aug 2021: Disney+ says it is available in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand, with South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan next; Vietnam is not listed. 1 Oct 2021: 14 Disney-owned TV channels, including Disney Channel, Fox and National Geographic People, stop airing on Vietnamese pay TV; no Disney+ launch date announced for Vietnam. 15 Oct 2026: Our test: disneyplus.com/vi-vn shows 'page cannot be found'; disneyplus.com from Singapore opens the Disney+ Singapore storefront.
This is a licensing restriction, not censorship. Disney picks a storefront from the visitor's location and does not offer one for Vietnam. Video on Disney+ is DRM-protected and requires a paid account in a supported country.
In our tests through AnyProxy on 15 October 2026, these worked: Open disneyplus.com (Singapore); Open disneyplus.com (Frankfurt). these did not work: Open the Vietnamese storefront path /vi-vn (Singapore). Details and screenshots are below.
DNS snapshot
We scanned 15 public DNS resolvers worldwide for disneyplus.com. Below is what each resolver returned. This shows how the domain resolves from public resolvers outside your network, not what your ISP returns.
Snapshot from DomainScan on 2026-10-05. A resolver that gave no answer is not proof of blocking in Vietnam; see the measurements above for in-country evidence.

Legal in Vietnam?
Web proxy use is not explicitly prohibited in Vietnam, though the Cybersecurity Law regulates the content itself.
Nothing on this page constitutes legal advice. If your workplace policy prohibits proxies specifically, that policy still applies; the fact that the tool is legal does not override an agreement you signed with a network operator.
Pro in Vietnam
Free tier stays free. Pro ($4.99 a month or $39 a year) removes ads and adds servers in Tokyo and Los Angeles. Payment is handled by Creem, and the methods available in your country are shown at checkout.
