Best Alternatives to Proxyium

Proxyium has a modern interface but a generic privacy policy and mid-session pop-ups. Four alternatives ranked by session cleanliness and logging transparency.

TL;DR

Proxyium has a tidy homepage and stated 60-day law-enforcement log retention, but it runs the same engine as CroxyProxy. On 15 October 2026 it opened a Wikipedia article through a French exit; a YouTube video sat at 0:00 behind an EU consent screen. On 12 October all six Cloudflare-protected sites failed. It has three server choices, two labelled "Slow" by Proxyium itself. AnyProxy publishes this page and sells a web proxy, so weigh our view accordingly.

Why users leave Proxyium

Pain points that drive the search

All six Cloudflare-protected test sites ended at "Unable to connect to the website" (12 Oct 2026).
YouTube exited through Poland, showed the EU consent screen and the player stayed at 0:00 after 25 s (15 Oct 2026).
Three server choices; the site labels the US and Singapore ones "Slow".
Privacy policy keeps logs needed for law-enforcement requests for 60 days.
Free and ad-supported with no paid plan to remove ads.

Per-alternative rationale

Why each alternative earned its rank

1

AnyProxy

Our pick

A different engine: opened all six Cloudflare-protected sites Proxyium could not (12 Oct 2026) and played the YouTube video via Singapore (15 Oct). Singapore and Virginia are regular free servers. Gaps: AnyProxy may keep destination and session records too, its Frankfurt server hit the same YouTube consent screen, and Reddit blocked it. AnyProxy publishes this page.

Best forProxyium users outside Europe, or anyone stuck on Cloudflare checks.

2

CroxyProxy

Same engine as Proxyium with a longer track record (since 2016) and a paid Premium ($3.50 a month) that removes ads and lets you pick from six server countries. Same Cloudflare failures.

Best forUsers who want to pay to remove ads on the same kind of proxy.

3

ProxySite

A different operator with US and EU servers. We could not get a proxied page out of it on 12 Oct 2026, so this is untested.

Best forUsers willing to try another engine and tolerate ads.

FAQ

Proxyium alternative questions

Why look for a Proxyium alternative?
In our tests it could not open Cloudflare-protected sites (12 Oct 2026), its YouTube player did not start behind an EU consent screen (15 Oct), and two of its three servers are labelled "Slow" by Proxyium itself.
How many regions does AnyProxy have?
Three on the free tier: Singapore, Frankfurt and Virginia. Pro adds Tokyo and Los Angeles. São Paulo is listed as coming soon.
Does Proxyium keep logs?
Its privacy policy says it keeps information needed for legitimate law-enforcement requests for 60 days. AnyProxy may also keep destination and session records; neither is a no-logs service.
Which country does Proxyium exit from?
Its default "Poland/France" server: Wikipedia showed a donation banner for readers in France, and YouTube showed PL, both on 15 October 2026.
